Chrissy T Inspired Spicy Tomato Skillet Eggs w/ Prosciutto π³π₯«
To Get:
24 oz jar marinara sauce (Raoβs is a good option)
1 can Rotel (mild or original)
1 tsp red pepper flakes
6 eggs
Prosciutto
2 Tbsp EVOO
1 Tbsp chopped fresh oregano
Salt
To Do:
In a skillet, combine marinara sauce, Rotel, and red pepper flakes (depending how spicy you like it!) and cook over Medium-High heat until bubbling
Form 6 wells in the sauce and crack an egg into each well
Reduce heat to medium, season eggs w/ salt, and cook for 8-9 min until the whites are set, but the yolks are still runny
Midway through cooking, tear the prosciutto and tuck into sauce around pan
Drizzle everything w/ olive oil, and garnish w/ oregano
