Egg Muffins
Makes 12 servings
To Get:
1 carton of egg whites or 12 eggs whites
Chopped bell pepper
Halved cherry tomatoes
Salt
Pepper
To Do:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Spray 12 cup muffin pan
Add chopped peppers and halved tomatoes to each cup
Add 1/3 cup liquid egg whites or 2 egg whites per cup
Bake for 30 min
Once cool, place 2 each in ziplock bags for fridge
In the morning, heat in microwave for 1 min
