Egg Muffins

Makes 12 servings

 
 

To Get:

  • 1 carton of egg whites or 12 eggs whites

  • Chopped bell pepper

  • Halved cherry tomatoes

  • Salt

  • Pepper

To Do: 

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. Spray 12 cup muffin pan

  3. Add chopped peppers and halved tomatoes to each cup

  4. Add 1/3 cup liquid egg whites or 2 egg whites per cup

  5. Bake for 30 min

  6. Once cool, place 2 each in ziplock bags for fridge

  7. In the morning, heat in microwave for 1 min

 
 
 

ah.mi Tip: Prep on Sunday for breakfast all week. ADd in Any Veggies you have in the frige. Add Hot sauce for some spice. Freeze leftovers and reheat in the microwave.
