Pass Me the Chick-PLeas Hummus π
To Get:
1 can of chickpeas
1 clove garlic minced
1/4 cup EVOO
Juice of 1 lemon
2 Tbsp tahini
1 tsp cumin
2 Tbsp water
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: paprika
To Do:
Put all ingredients into a blender or food processor and puree until smooth
Then add water until you get desired consistency (water makes it more smooth)
Transfer to bowl
Drizzle EVOO and sprinkle paprika on top and serve!
