Our Story

Founded by a busy lawyer, mom to two little ones, and self-described “health and wellness newbie,” ah.mi’s on a mission to make healthy living more accessible, attainable, and fun. We’re a team of 7 women—a Registered Dietitian and nurse, and 6 other women just trying to figure out that healthy life, together.
