To Get:

  • 3/4 cup plain, non-fat greek yogurt

  • 1/2 cup of your favorite frozen or fresh fruit

To Do: 

  1. Add yogurt to a bowl

  2. Add in fruit

  3. Mix and enjoy

  • Let the frozen fruit defrost into the yogurt for added juiciness

  • Get creative with whatever you have in the pantry ~ try nuts, granola, chia and cinnamon to top
