To Get:
Juice of 1 lemon
1 apple cut in slices
1/2 banana
1/2 cup chopped celery
2 cups coconut water
2-3 cups greens (spinach, romaine, or kale)
1 Tbsp nut butter (any kind)
To Do:
Mix all ingredients in a blender

Sub apple for other fruit like frozen berries
