Mango Greens Smoothie

Makes 1 serving

 
 

To Get:

  • 2 cups greens (preferably spinach)

  • 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk  (or milk of choice)

  • 1/2 cup frozen mango

  • 2 Tbsp nut butter

To Do: 

  1. Blend all ingredients together and enjoy

  • Feel free to use fresh mango if in season

  • Use you fav vanilla protein powder instead of nut butter

  • Optional: 1 Tbsp monkfruit sweetener,
