Tori's Chia Pudding

Makes 1 serving

 
 

To Get:

  • 3 Tbsp chia seeds

  • 1/4 cup coconut milk

  • 1/4 cup blueberries

To Do: 

  1. Add chia seeds and milk to bowl

  2. Mix and let sit to thicken (ideally overnight or in fridge for a few minutes)

  3. Top with blueberries, and enjoy

 
 

ah.mi Tips:

  • Can use any type of nut milk

  • No fruit or nuts? Top with whatever you have in the pantry (try granola or cinnamon)

  • Put in a shaker or whisk with a fork to thicken
