Tori's Chia Pudding
Makes 1 serving
To Get:
3 Tbsp chia seeds
1/4 cup coconut milk
1/4 cup blueberries
To Do:
Add chia seeds and milk to bowl
Mix and let sit to thicken (ideally overnight or in fridge for a few minutes)
Top with blueberries, and enjoy
ah.mi Tips:
Can use any type of nut milk
No fruit or nuts? Top with whatever you have in the pantry (try granola or cinnamon)
Put in a shaker or whisk with a fork to thicken
