Sweet Smoothie Bowl

To Get:

  • 6 strawberries

  • 1 banana

  • 1/2 avocado

  • 5 Tbsp of coconut milk (or any other plant based milk)

  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 heaping Tbsp of almond butter

  • 1 tsp of maple syrup or honey

  • Strawberries and mixed seeds to serve (optional)

 

To Do: 

1. Cut the tops and any white core from the strawberries

2. Place strawberries in blender with the banana

3. Scoop avocado and add to blender along with the remaining ingredients

4. Blend until smooth and top with strawberries
