Liz's WFH Breakfast Wrap

To Get:

  • 1 Ole Xtreme Wellness spinach tortilla

  • 1/2 avocado

  • 3 poached egg whites

  • 1 Tbsp feta cheese

  • 2 tomato slices

  • Salt & pepper

 

To Do: 

  1. Mash up avocado

  2. Poach eggs and separate egg whites

  3. Add egg whites to avocado

  4. Place filling in tortilla

  5. Add feta and sliced tomatoes

  6. Sprinkle with salt & pepper

  7. Close tortilla and grill on a medium heat for 2 minutes on each side

 
 
 

AH.MI TIP: MODIFY WITH SCRAMBLED EGG WHITES AND ADD ANY EXTRA SEASONINGS FOR EXTRA FLAVOR.
