Makes 1 serving
To Get:
1 Tbsp EVOO
1/2 cup kale
1/2 cup mushrooms
1/4 chopped red onion
1/4 avocado
2 soft boiled eggs
To Do:
Add EVOO to pan
Saute kale, mushrooms and onions until soft
Remove from pan and add chopped avocado and eggs

Top with hot sauce to spice up your morning
Leave off eggs for a vegan alternative
