Lexi's Mint Smoothie
Makes 1 serving
To Get:
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
2 cups spinach (or greens of choice)
1/2 avocado
2 Tbsp pb powder
8 mint leaves
To Do:
Add all ingredients to your blender
Enjoy

Freeze your spinach for smoothies so you always have some ready to go
Use your fav nut butter in place of pb powder
Optional: add Lakanto Monk Fruit Sweetener to taste and cacoa nibs on top
