Chrissy T Inspired Caprese + Prosciutto Salad
To Get:
4 cup baby arugula
8 oz ball burrata cheese
2 lb ripe tomatoes
3 Tbsp EVOO
1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
6 prosciutto crisps (bake a single layer of prosciutto on a baking sheet for 12 min at 400 degrees, will crisp as cools)
To Do:
Scatter arugula on a platter and place burrata ball in center
Break burrata for creamy center
Arrange sliced tomatoes around burrata
Drizzle w/ olive oil and balsamic
Season platter w/ salt, pepper, and prosciutto crisps
