To Get:

  • 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts

  • 2 cup salsa verde

  • 1 bottle of beer

  • 2 tsp cumin

  • Salt

  • Pepper

 

To Do: 

  1. Place chicken in slow cooker

  2. Top w/ salsa verde and beer

  3. Sprinkle w/ cumin

  4. And season w/ a few generous pinches of salt and a pinch of pepper

  5. Cook on High 3-4 hrs or Low 7-8 hrs

  6. When done, shred w/ fork in slow cooker and use on tacos, salads, whatever!
