Easy Weeknight Salmon

Makes 2 servings

 
 

To Get:

  • 2 salmon fillets

  • 1 Tbsp EVOO

  • A pinch of black pepper

  • 1 tsp minced garlic

  • 1/2 tsp of italian seasoning

  • 1/2 lemon

To Do: 

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees and grease a large baking pan

  2. Arrange salmon on sheet and season with salt and pepper

  3. Mix together EVOO, garlic, herbs, and juice of 1/2 lemon

  4. Rub all over both sides of salmon

  5. Slice remaining half of lemon and place on top of salmon

  6. Bake for 15-18 minutes until salmon is opaque and flaky when pulled apart by a fork
