To Get:

  • 2 Tbsp EVOO

  • 1/2 sliced yellow onion

  • Veggies like broccoli and shiitake mushrooms

  • 1 garlic clove

  • Grated fresh ginger

  •  Zoodles

  • 1 tsp sesame oil

  • Soy sauce (or coconut aminos)

 

To Do: 

  1. Cook EVOO and onion in pan until browning

  2. Add other veggies until cooked through

  3. Add garlic and ginger for 30 sec and then add zoodles

  4. Toss with sesame oil and soy sauce until warm

  5. Enjoy!
