GP Inspired Kale Aglio e Olio
To Get:
8 oz lentil spaghetti
4 garlic cloves sliced
1/4 cup EVOO
2 cups kale
Zest of 1/2 lemon
Salt
Chili/red pepper flakes (optional)
To Do:
Boil pasta for a few min less than instructions so al dente
Heat EVOO and cook garlic for 1 min
Add kale and cook for 1 min, then add lemon zest and pasta, and toss
Top with salt and chili/red pepper flakes!
