To Get:

  • 8 oz lentil spaghetti

  • 4 garlic cloves sliced

  • 1/4 cup EVOO

  • 2 cups kale

  • Zest of 1/2 lemon

  • Salt

  • Chili/red pepper flakes (optional)

 

To Do: 

  1. Boil pasta for a few min less than instructions so al dente

  2. Heat EVOO and cook garlic for 1 min

  3. Add kale and cook for 1 min, then add lemon zest and pasta, and toss

  4. Top with salt and chili/red pepper flakes!
