Prosciutto and Arugu-Love This Salad

To Get:

  • 1 Cup of Arugula

  • 1 kumata tomatoes (or any other type

  • 1 serving of crumbled goat cheese

  • 2 slices of prosciutto

  • 2 Tbsp ginger dressing




 

To Do: 

  1. Add a handful of arugula to a salad bowl

  2. Slice and add tomatoes

  3. Add crumbled goat cheese and top with prosciutto and dressing


 
 
 

ah.mi Tip:  If you really want to be fancy, bake the prosciutto at 350 for approx 8-10 minutes to get it crispy!
