Take Me To Brussels

To Get:

  • 3-5 oz roto chicken

  • 1 sweet potato

  • 1 cup brussel sprouts

  • 1 cup kale

  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

  • 2 tbsp miso dressing




 

To Do: 

  1. Chop and set aside roto chicken

  2. Bake sweet potato in oven or microwave

  3. Roast sprouts in oven at 400 degrees for 20 minutes

  4. Once everything is cooked, cut up sweet potato

  5. Mix all ingredients together

  6. Top with sesame seeds




 
 
 

ah.mi Tip: Lightly top sprouts with soy sauce after roasting for added flavor. For Gluten Free, sub coconut aminos for soy sauce. Trader Joe’s everything but the Bagel Seasoning works if you don’t have sesame seeds.
