The Mediterranean Burger

To Get:

  • 1 package of ground turkey

  • 1 cup of baby spinach (chopped)

  • 1 container of feta cheese crumbles

  • 2-3 diced tomatoes

  • 1/4 cup of diced red onion

  • 1-2 tbsp EVOO

  • Slices of Havarti Cheese (optional)

 

To Do: 

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. Mix turkey, chopped spinach, feta, tomatoes and onions in a large bowl

  3. Form mixture into approx 6 burgers

  4. Add EVOO to pan on medium heat

  5. Add burgers and lightly brown on each side

  6. Place burgers on a pan

  7. Bake for 20 minutes in oven



 
 
 

ah.mi Tip:  Top with some tzatziki and add to a bed of greens to kick it up a notch! IF YOU WANT CHEESE, THESE BURGERS WITH A SLICE OF HAVARTI CHEESE ON TOP ARE DELISH!
