Makes 4 servings

 
 
 

To Get:

  • Shredded roto chicken

  • Chickpea pasta (we 🧑 Banza)

  • Avocado

  • Chopped red onion

  • Halved cherry tomatoes

  • Fresh chopped basil

    **Optional homemade dressing:

  • 1/2 cup white wine vinegar

  • 1 Tbsp Italian seasoning

  • 3/4 cup EVOO

  • Salt

  • Pepper

 

To Do: 

  1. In a bowl, add shredded chicken, avocado, onion, tomatoes, and basil

  2. Combine dressing ingredients in a separate container (or use dressing of choice)

  3. Drizzle the salad w/ dressing

  4. Toss gently until combined

  5. Serve immediately or chill for later!
