Lindy’s One Bad Chick(pea) Salad

To Get:

  • 1 can of chickpeas

  • 2 diced tomatoes

  • 1 chopped avocado

  • 1 Tbsp EVOO

  • Salt; pepper


 

To Do: 

  1. Rinse chickpeas and drain

  2. Cut up tomato and avocado into bite sized pieces

  3. Mix everything together with EVOO, salt; pepper


 
 
 

Ah.mi Tip:  Add some crushed red pepper for spice!
