Grace's Watermelon & Mint Salad

Makes 1 Servings

 

To Get:

  • 2 cups of cubed watermelon

  • 2 Tbsp chopped mint

  • 2 Tbsp crumbled feta

  • Juice of 1/2 a lime

  • Drizzle of EVOO

To Do: 

  1. Cut melon into bite-sized cubes

  2. Toss in mint, feta, and drizzle w/ lime & EVOO

  • Optional to add avocado, tomato, strawberries, etc

  • Also so good with Trader Joe’s Chile Lime Seasoning Blend sprinkled on top
