BBC (“Barb's Brussels Caesar”)
Makes 1 Serving
To Get:
1 Tbsp EVOO
1 cup sauted brussel sprouts
3oz serving of cooked, frozen shrimp
1 cup romaine lettuce
1 serving of Bolthouse Caesar dressing
Optional: parmesan cheese
To Do:
Heat EVOO on stovetop in a cast iron pan
Slice brussels and add to pan along with shrimp
Roast for 5-8 minutes
Serve over romaine lettuce
Toss in dressing and add parm cheese
