BBC (“Barb's Brussels Caesar”)

Makes 1 Serving

 

To Get:

  • 1 Tbsp EVOO

  • 1 cup sauted brussel sprouts

  • 3oz serving of cooked, frozen shrimp

  • 1 cup romaine lettuce

  • 1 serving of Bolthouse Caesar dressing

  • Optional: parmesan cheese

To Do: 

  1. Heat EVOO on stovetop in a cast iron pan

  2. Slice brussels and add to pan along with shrimp

  3. Roast for 5-8 minutes

  4. Serve over romaine lettuce

  5. Toss in dressing and add parm cheese

  • Toss in croutons for a little crunch

  • Buy pre-sliced brussels to save prep time
