Kristina's Killer Antipasto

Makes 1 Serving
To Get:
1-2 cups thinly chopped romaine
1 oz mozzarella (cut into cubes)
1 serving of Applegate salami or turkey pepporini
1 serving of banana peppers
1 serving black and/or green olives
1/2 of a tomato (cut into small wedges)
1/2 of a chopped cucumbers
1 Tbsp grated parm cheese
Vinaigrette of choice
To Do:
Chop romaine and add to a medium sized bowl
Add in mozzarella cheese, salami, banana peppers, olives, tomatoes, and cucumbers in sections on top of lettuce
Sprinkle on grated cheese
Drizzle vinaigrette
