Summer Farmer's Market Salad

To Get:

  • 1 heirloom + 5 cherry tomatoes

  • 1 large sweet peach

  • 1 kirby cucumber

  • 2 Tbsp fresh, chopped basil

  • 1 Tbsp EVOO

  • 2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar

  • Sea salt + black pepper to taste

To Do: 

1. Slice all tomatoes, peaches, and cucumber

2. Add all ingredients to bowl and mix
