Damn Good Cauli-Mash
To Get:
2 cups of cauliflower florets
2 Tbsp butter
1 cup ricotta cheese
2 Tbsp chopped garlic
Salt & pepper to taste
To Do:
Boil cauli florets in salted water for 15-20 minutes
Drain florets and spread on a paper towel to soak up extra moisture
Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth
