Honey-Soy Sauce Chicken Wings

 

Recipe inspired by Amy Schumer Wings

Makes 12 servings

 
 
 

To Get:

  • 5 lbs chicken wings

  • 2 Tbsp EVOO

  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce

  • 2 Tbsp white wine vinegar

  • 1 Tbsp honey

  • Pinch of salt

  • Lime wedges, for serving

Yogurt Sauce

  • 1 cup plain yogurt

  • 1/2 shallot, cut into julienne

  • 1/3 chopped flat leaf parsley

  • 1/2 lemon, juiced

  • Pinch of salt

To Do: 

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F

  2. Allow wings to come to room temperature for 15 minutes

  3. Line tray with foil

  4. Toss wings in bowl with EVOO, soy sauce, vinegar, honey, and salt

  5. Pour wings onto pan in a single layer

  6. Bake for 30 minutes and flip

  7. Increase oven temp to 425 degrees F and cook until golden brown (approx 30 more minutes)

  8. For the yogurt dip, whisk all ingredients together

  9. Serve with lime wedges and enjoy!

  • Broil wings for a few minutes if you enjoy them crispy

  • Opional: coat wings in yogurt sauce before serving or just use as a dip
