Israeli Salad π₯π
To Get:
3 Roma tomatoes
1 English cucumber
1/2 medium red or white onion
1/2 cup chopped parsley
1/8 cup fresh lemon juice;
3 Tbsp EVOO
Salt to taste
To Do:
Slice tomatoes in half and discard seeds
Chop tomatoes, cucumber, onion, and parsley
Place all in bowl
Add lemon juice, EVOO, and salt
Mix until combined
