My Big Fat Greek Mousse
To Get:
½ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
½ cup Lily’s Dark Chocolate Chips
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1 ¾ cups of greek yogurt
To Do:
Pour milk into a saucepan on a low heat
Once the milk is warm, add chocolate chips and stir until melted
Remove from heat and let rest for 3-5 minutes
Add honey, vanilla and yogurt
Mix until smooth
Pour into ramekins and chill for at least 2 hours
