My Big Fat Greek Mousse

To Get:

  • ½ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

  • ½ cup Lily’s Dark Chocolate Chips

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract

  • 1 ¾ cups of greek yogurt


 

To Do: 

  1. Pour milk into a saucepan on a low heat

  2. Once the milk is warm, add chocolate chips and stir until melted

  3. Remove from heat and let rest for 3-5 minutes

  4. Add honey, vanilla and yogurt

  5. Mix until smooth

  6. Pour into ramekins and chill for at least 2 hours
