Pico De Gallo
To Get:
8 Roma tomatoes, seeded and diced
1/2 large diced yellow onion
1/2 cup finely chopped cilantro
1 minced jalapeno
2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
2 cloves minced garlic
Pinch of salt
To Do:
1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl
2. Season with salt to taste
3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to allow flavors to marinate
