Chocolate Hummus

To Get:

  • 1 ½ cup chickpeas

  • ⅓ c maple syrup

  • ⅓ cup cocoa powder

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • ¼ tsp salt

  • 2-4 Tbsp reserved chickpea liquid

 

To Do: 

  1. Put all ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth

  2. Stir and scrape bowl halfway through

  3. Blend again

 
 

ah.mi Tip:

For a peanut butter twist, add a few tablespoons of peanut butter (or pb powder for a low fat option).
