Divya's Kale Pancakes

Makes 3 servings

 
 

To Get:

  • Your favorite pancake mix (+ ingredients from package, (usually 1 egg & water))

  • 1 tsp chia seeds

  • 1 banana

  • 1 handful kale or spinach

To Do: 

  • Make pancake mix according to package

  • Blend all ingredients in blender

  • Add approx 2 Tbsp of mixture to a heated pan (medium-low heat)

  • Wait until bubbles form and flip pancake

  • Repeat

  • Serve with almond butter and sliced bananas
