Heather's Pumpkin Spice Smoothie
Makes 1 serving
To Get:
1 cup almond milk
2 cups spinach
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1/2 frozen banana
2 Tbsp almond butter
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
To Do:
Add all ingredients to blender
Blend together until smooth

Add ice if if you don’t have a frozen banana
Boost the protein by using Aloha plant based protein powder
Optional to add Lakanto monkfruit sweetener
