Lana's Rec: PB & J Smoothie

Makes 1 serving

 
 

To Get:

  • Half of a frozen banana

  • 1 Tbsp peanut butter

  • 2 Tbsp rolled oats

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • Jelly: 4 frozen strawberries; 1 scoop Aloha vanilla protein; 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (enough to blend)

To Do: 

  1. Blend banana, peanut butter, rolled oats, and 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

  2. Set pb mixture in a cup and place in freezer

  3. Next, blend strawberries, protein powder, and 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

  4. Pour over pb mixture and enjoy
