Sweet Sunday Muffins
Makes 12 servings
To Get:
3 bananas (the riper the better)
2 cups rolled oats
1 Tbsp baking powder
1 cup almond milk
2 eggs
1 pack blueberries
To Do:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Add all of the ingredients in a large bowl and mix well
Spray muffin tin generously w/ Pam and fill with mix
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min (if cups are full may take a little longer ~ take them out when you see browning on edges)
Let muffins cool, then cut around edges with knife to get them out, and enjoy π

Optional: add 1/4 cup Lilyβs Dark Chocolate Chips
Keep refrigerated and eat all week long (breakfast, snack, or dessert)
