To Get:

  • Trader Joe’s Cauliflower Pizza Crust

  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce (Rao’s is a good option)

  • 4 pieces chopped roasted red peppers

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella

  • 1 cup arugula 

To Do: 

  1. Bake cauliflower crust per directions on box

  2. Then add pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, and roasted red peppers

  3. Broil for 4-5 min (or until bubbly)

 
 

AH.MI TIP:

  • The broiler cooks fast, keep a close eye on your pizza

  • Outer Aisle Gourmet is another favorite for pizza crust

  • Optional: pair with an arugula side salad (lemon juice, EVOO, shredded parm, salt and pepper)
