Shirataki Noodles and Veggies
Makes 2 servings
To Get:
1 Tbsp EVOO
1 carton cherry tomatoes halved
3 cups fresh spinach
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
1-8oz bag Shirataki Noodles
1 tsp crushed red pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp italian seasoning
To Do:
Heat EVOO on a skillet
Saute tomatoes, spinach, and mushrooms
In a colander, drain Pasta Zero and rinse thoroughly
Add pasta to skillet
Add seasonings
Continue to cook on low heat for approx 7 minutes

Add any of your favorite veggies to enhance this dish
Make sure you drain and rinse the Shirataki noodles well, they have a weird smell when opened :)
