Shirataki Noodles and Veggies

Makes 2 servings

 
 

To Get:

  • 1 Tbsp EVOO

  • 1 carton cherry tomatoes halved

  • 3 cups fresh spinach

  • 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms

  • 1-8oz bag Shirataki Noodles

  • 1 tsp crushed red pepper

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp italian seasoning

To Do: 

  1. Heat EVOO on a skillet

  2. Saute tomatoes, spinach, and mushrooms

  3. In a colander, drain Pasta Zero and rinse thoroughly 

  4. Add pasta to skillet

  5. Add seasonings

  6. Continue to cook on low heat for approx 7 minutes

  • Add any of your favorite veggies to enhance this dish

  • Make sure you drain and rinse the Shirataki noodles well, they have a weird smell when opened :)
