Don't Poke the Bear
Makes 6 servings
To Get:
1 lb cubed blue fin or yellow fin tuna
1 diced jalapeno (seeded)
1/2 diced cucumber
1 bunch of diced green onion
1/4 diced red onion
1 cubed avocado
2 Tbsp sesame oil
3 Tbsp low sodium soy sauce
1 Tbsp sesame seeds
To Do:
Add fish to a large bowl
Combine jalapenos, cucumbers, green onion, red onion, and avocado to bowl
Add sesame oil, soy sauce, and sesame seeds
Toss all ingredients together
Refrigerate for 2 hours and serve over a bed of greens

Keep the jalapeno seeds if you like it hot
Garnish with any of the following toppings: edamame, pickled ginger, salsa, spicy mayo
Optional: use low sodium soy sauce, gluten free soy sauce, or coconut aminos in place of soy sauce
