Glenny's Choice: Fish Tacos
To Get:
½ lb white fish
2 Tbsp EVOO
3 Tbsp fresh cilantro
2 limes
Pinch of cumin
Pinch of salt
1 c cabbage mix
¼ c chopped red onion
Siete tortillas
To Do:
1. Cut fish into 4-6 strips
2. Place fish in bowl and toss with EVOO, cilantro, juice of 1 lime, cumin and salt
3. In a separate bowl, toss cabbage with juice of 1 lime and some salt
4. Heat fish on stovetop over medium-high for approx 2 minutes on each side
5. Place fish on top of a warm tortilla with cabbage, red onion and avocado
