Jarett's Roaster Chicken

Makes 4-6 servingS

 
 

To Get:

  • 4-6 lb whole fryer chicken

  • 2 Tbsp EVOO

  • 1 Tsp salt

  • 1 Tsp powdered garlic

  • 1 Tsp pepper

  • 1 Tsp smoked paprika

  • A generous sprinkle of italian seasoning

To Do: 

  1. Thaw chicken

  2. Remove and discard insides

  3. Place in pan, breast up

  4. Rub chicken with EVOO

  5. Rub in remaining ingredients

  6. Roast in over at 400 degrees for 1 hour

 
 

AH.MI TIP:

Add to any salad or enjoy by itself with a side of veggies.
