Lentil Soup

Makes 6 servings

 
 

To Get:

  • 8oz package dry lentils

  • 10 oz can diced tomatoes (option to use fresh)

  • 1/2 cup diced carrots

  • 1/2 cup diced onions

  • 2 cups baby spinach

  • 2 boxes low sodium chicken broth

  • Salt to taste

To Do: 

  1. Add all ingredients to Instant Pot

  2. Seal and set for 30 minutes

 
 

ah.mi tips:

  • If you aren’t using an IP, add all ingredients to a medium sized pot and cook on a medium-low heat for approx 1 hour, stirring frequently

  • Add hot sauce for spice
