Sweet and Savory Walnut Pear Salad

Makes 1 Serving

 

To Get:

  • 1 1/2 cups spring lettuce

  • 2 Tbsp chopped walnuts

  • 2 Tbsp crumbled goat cheese

  • 1/4 cup chopped pear

  • 1 Tbsp dried cranberries

  • 2 Tbsp Marie’s Raspberry Vinaigrette

To Do: 

  1. Add spring mix to a bowl

  2. Add all ingredients

  3. Toss wtih dressing

  • Chop cranberries

  • Swap for any desirable vinaigrette

  • Toss in a handful of fresh spinach leaves

  • Leave off the cheese to make this vegan
