Sweet and Savory Walnut Pear Salad
Makes 1 Serving
To Get:
1 1/2 cups spring lettuce
2 Tbsp chopped walnuts
2 Tbsp crumbled goat cheese
1/4 cup chopped pear
1 Tbsp dried cranberries
To Do:
Add spring mix to a bowl
Add all ingredients
Toss wtih dressing

Chop cranberries
Swap for any desirable vinaigrette
Toss in a handful of fresh spinach leaves
Leave off the cheese to make this vegan
