Makes 1 Serving

 

To Get:

Salad:

  • 2 cups mixed baby greens

  • 1/2 pear thinly sliced

  • 1oz chopped walnuts (or shaved almonds)

  • 1/3 cup shaved parmesan cheese

Dressing:

  • 1/3 cup white balsamic vinegar

  • 1.5 tsp Dijon mustard

  • 1 Tbsp EVOO

  • Sea salt

  • Pepper

To Do: 

  1. Combine greens, pear, walnuts, and parmesan cheese

  2. In a separate bowl, combine vinegar, mustard, EVOO, 1/8 tsp salt, and pepper and whisk together

  3. Toss salad w/ dressing, and enjoy!
