Buffalo Cauli-Bites

 

Recipe inspired by Creme De La Crumb

Makes 4 servings

 
 
 

To Get:

  • 1 head chopped cauliflower

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

  • 3/4 cup low fat milk

  • Buffalo Sauce: 1/2 cup Primal Kitchen Buffalo Sauce; 1 Tbsp EVOO; 1 Tbsp honey; salt to taste. Ranch or blue cheese dressing for serving

To Do: 

  1. Preheat over to 400 degrees F and grease a baking sheet

  2. Stir together salt, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper

  3. Stir in milk

  4. Dip florets in the milk mixture

  5. Shake off excess and arrange on sheet pan

  6. Bake for 10 minutes, turn and bake another 10 minutes

  7. Mix together buffalo sauce ingredients

  8. Brush sauce over florets and bake another 10 minutes (broil for last two minutes for crispiness)

  9. Serve with dressing of choice
