Korey's Chocolate PB Poppers
Recipe inspired by LHC member Korey
Makes 12 Poppers
To Get:
1 cup old fashioned rolled oats
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
1/3 cup chocolate protein powder
2 Tablespoons honey
3 Tablespoons peanut butter
4 tsp water
To Do:
Add all ingredients to bowl and mix (if too dry, add extra tsp water to dough)
Roll into 1-1 1/2 inch sized balls
Place balls on a baking sheet lined with wax paper
Freeze for 20 minutes
Transfer to airtight container and store in fridge or freezer

Works with any type of chips ~ vanilla, pumpkin spice (Lily’s makes them for Fall), or chocolate!
