Korey's Chocolate PB Poppers

 

Recipe inspired by LHC member Korey

 
 

Makes 12 Poppers

 
 
 

To Get:

  • 1 cup old fashioned rolled oats

  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips

  • 1/3 cup chocolate protein powder

  • 2 Tablespoons honey

  • 3 Tablespoons peanut butter

  • 4 tsp water

To Do: 

  • Add all ingredients to bowl and mix (if too dry, add extra tsp water to dough)

  • Roll into 1-1 1/2 inch sized balls

  • Place balls on a baking sheet lined with wax paper

  • Freeze for 20 minutes

  • Transfer to airtight container and store in fridge or freezer

  • Works with any type of chips ~ vanilla, pumpkin spice (Lily’s makes them for Fall), or chocolate!
