Chocolate Cherry Smoothie Ingredients
 
 
 
 
 

To Get:

  • 1 cup soy or low-fat milk

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen cherries

  • 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower

  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen leafy greens

  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder

  • 1 tsp cocoa powder, unsweetened

  • 1 tbsp ground flax seeds

  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds

  • Topping: 1 tbsp Purely Elizabeth dark chocolate sea salt granola (optional)

To Do: 

  1. In a blender, combine all ingredients. Blend until smooth.

  2. Pour into a cup and enjoy!
