Rosslyn's Chocolate Cherry Smoothie
To Get:
1 cup soy or low-fat milk
1 cup fresh or frozen cherries
1/2 cup frozen cauliflower
1/2 cup fresh or frozen leafy greens
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
1 tsp cocoa powder, unsweetened
1 tbsp ground flax seeds
1 tbsp hemp seeds
Topping: 1 tbsp Purely Elizabeth dark chocolate sea salt granola (optional)
To Do:
In a blender, combine all ingredients. Blend until smooth.
Pour into a cup and enjoy!
