Kale Chips
Recipe inspired by ah.mi
Makes 4 servings
To Get:
1 bag of kale or 1 medium sized bunch of kale
1 Tbsp EVOO
2 pinches of sea salt
1 pinch of Trader Joe’s Chile Lime Seasoning (or any seasoning you choose)
To Do:
Preheat oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit
Wash and dry kale
Cut leaves away from stems (discard stems)
Place kale on a baking sheet
Drizzle EVOO evenly onto kale
Massage EVOO with hands into the leaves (cover as much as you can)
Sprinkle salt and seasoning over kale
Bake for 10 minutes and then flip chips
Bake for another 10 minutes or until crispy
Take out of oven and let sit for an addition 5 minutes
