Pan Fried Zucchini with Hot Honey and Feta

Makes 4 servings

 
 
 

To Get:

  • 2 zucchinis

  • 2-3 Tbsp EVOO

  • Hot Honey

  • Lemon

  • Crumbled Feta

To Do: 

  1. Wash and remove the ends of your zucchinis.

  2. Heat 2-3 tablespoons EVOO over medium high heat.

  3. Once the oil is hot, add the zucchini, center side down.

  4. Fry in the oil for 5-8 minutes until golden brown.

  5. Reduce the heat and flip the zucchini.

  6. Allow them to fry for 2-3 more minutes.

  7. Add the hot honey, fresh squeezed lemon juice, and crumbled feta.

  • Add some chopped dill and black pepper on top!
