Super Bowl Spin Dip (ah.mi Style)
MAKES 4 SERVINGS
To Get:
20 oz chopped spinach (frozen)
2 Tbsp Evoo
½ large onion, finely chopped
1 Tbsp minced garlic
1 medium carrot, finely grated
2 cup 2% greek yogurt
¼ cup light mayo
Salt & pepper
To Do:
Defrost spinach and remove excess water
Add spinach to a bowl
Preheat skillet on a medium heat and swirl oil to coat pan
Add onion, garlic and carrot to pan
Saute for approx 7 minutes
Add veggies to spinach
Mix in yogurt, mayo, s&p and mix
